Daniela Niedhammer - Correpetition
Born in Munich, Daniela Niedhammer has been working as a harpsichordist, conductor and organist in the Basel (CH) area for several years. With her baroque ensemble Der Musikalischer Garten, she has won first prizes and awards in the field of early music and regularly gives concerts in Switzerland and Germany. She also works as a répétiteur and church musician and is the artistic assistant of the Basel Girls' Choir. Daniela Niedhammer studied harpsichord/bass continuo and organ at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis in Basel. Before that, she completed a harpsichord degree and a church music training (A-diploma) at the Munich University of Music and Theater. Her teachers include Christine Schornsheim, Jesper Christensen, Andreas Staier, Lorenzo Ghielmi and Edgar Krapp. She studied choir conducting with Markus Utz and Michael Gläser.
