Caves of Mauern – Primal Danube Valley

Exciting tour through the nature and landscape protected area “Mauerner Höhlen” with an ascent up to the caves. You will learn about the genesis of the primal Daube Valley, history of the caves excavation, its former inhabitants, the Neandertals. You`ll be enchanted by the sagas and legends of this mystical area. You'll learn about flora and fauna.
